Change or Switch Device

To change or switch a device, click the Change Switch Device (Spare Device) option to open a new window.

Perform the following steps if you need a SIM card:

  1. Enter the criteria in Select Mobile Number field.

  2. Find the mobile number. Select the mobile number to display the device and plan information.

  3. Enter the IMEI number in Enter New Device IMEI field. To find the IMEI, review the section on how to obtain your IMEI.

  4. Select I need to order a SIM Card from Requires a SIM CARD drop-down list. The device plan and shipping address sections appears. If this new or spare device has previously been activated with a different mobile number, you will need to select this option to avoid delays.

  5. Choose the plan for your device by clicking the check box in Select column.

  6. Enter the shipping address where the SIM card should be delivered.

  7. Optionally, enter a comment in Comments field.

  8. Click Submit to apply changes.

  9. Once submitted, the manager of the user will receive a notification for approval.

Perform the following steps if you have a SIM card:

  1. Enter the criteria in Select Mobile Number field.

  2. Find the mobile number. Select the mobile number to display the device and plan information.

  3. Enter the IMEI number in Enter New Device IMEI field. To find the IMEI, review the section on how to obtain your IMEI.

  4. Select I have a SIM Card for the device from Requires a SIM CARD drop-down list. The Enter The New SIM Card field appears.

  5. Enter the SIM card number.

  6. Optionally, enter a comment in Comments field.

  7. Click Submit to apply changes.

  8. Once submitted, the manager of the user will receive a notification for approval.
