Future enhancements

We at Asignet take great interest in what our most important QA Team (our clients) have to say. So in this section, we’ll be mentioning future improvements to the platform based on user stories from various requests across our clients.

  1. Customer A - Custom requester notifications
    As a requester, I want wireless notifications to dynamically include order-specific information and a customization tool, so that notifications are personalized and relevant to my needs.

  2. Customer B - RPA for T-Mobile
    As an administrator, I want the platform's wireless provisioning automation (RPA) to include T-Mobile, so that I can streamline processes across all major wireless carriers, including ATT, Verizon, and T-Mobile.

  3. Customer D - Multiple Account Linking
    As an account manager, I want to link accounts flexibly (e.g., parent-child, merged, split relationships) beyond the current 1:1 limitation, so I can accurately represent and manage complex account structures.

  4. Customer E - Customizable invoice detail expandables
    As a finance user reviewing invoices, I want the option to configure the default expanded or collapsed state of invoice detail sections, so I can quickly access relevant information without unnecessary clicks.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Customer E - Persistent custom sorts/pagination by user profile
    As a user frequently working with sorted or paginated views, I want my custom sorting and pagination preferences to persist across sessions and browsers based on my profile, so I don't need to repeatedly set these preferences.

  2. Customer F - MAC for custom module profiles
    As a Service Delivery Team member, I want an intuitive tool to create and manage custom module profiles with specific report access combinations, so I can efficiently control user permissions tailored to individual roles.

  3. Customer G - Add final approver in Paybox
    As a financial auditor, I want a final approval step for Paybox invoices clearly indicated, so I can ensure invoices are authorized by appropriate personnel and avoid unnecessary or unauthorized audits.

  4. Customer H - Search invoices by GL in Inbox/Paybox/Archive filter
    As a finance user, I want the capability to filter and search invoices by specific GL accounts assigned to Billing Items (BIs), restoring functionality previously available in CLM6, so I can efficiently track and manage financial data.

  5. Customer I - Sorting and filtering in Master Search for invoices
    As a user working with invoices in the Master Search module, I want the ability to filter invoices and sort results by invoice dates, so I can efficiently locate and manage invoice data according to my preferences.

  6. Customer H - Allocate fixed dollar amount instead of percentages (Important)
    As a finance user managing allocations in CLM7 Inbox, I want the ability to allocate expenses using fixed dollar amounts rather than only percentages, so I can more precisely control budgeting and expense distribution.

  7. Customer F - Notification for failed AP File generation
    As a finance analyst I would like to receive a notification for each file that fails the export so I can escalate the issue quickly and have a more precise control for AP monitoring.

  8. Customer E - Configurable device selection in Transfer of Liability workflow
    As an administrator, I want the ability to configure the Transfer of Liability workflow to restrict device selection to either "Existing Device" or "Acquire Device," so I can ensure users follow specific device management policies aligned with organizational needs.

  9. Customer J - Default to expandable view on Inbox report
    As an invoice approver, I want the system to remember and default to my last selected view (expandable or tab view), so I can maintain my preferred interface and improve my workflow efficiency.

  10. Customer K - Change Mobile Policy from Master Search
    As an administrator managing wireless orders, I want the ability to update a user's Mobile Policy directly from the Master Search module, so I can streamline workflow adjustments without navigating separately to the Wireless WKF Config module, enhancing operational efficiency.

  11. Customer L - Export visible comments in Service Catalog Grid View
    As a user exporting data from the Service Catalog Grid View, I want the last visible comment included in the export rather than a blank field, so I can retain context and ensure important information is clearly accessible offline.

  12. Customer M - Configurable Incident Panel Time Zone
    As an admin, I want the option to configure the display time zone (e.g., EST) instead of defaulting to server time, so I can view incidents accurately aligned with my local or organizational time preferences.

  13. Customer D - Functional Error Notifications Sent to Order Requester
    As an administrator, I want the option to configure Functional Error notifications to be sent directly to the order requester instead of solely to the admin, so requesters can proactively address and resolve issues, improving workflow efficiency and reducing administrative workload.

  14. Customer A - Display Current Rate Plan on Upgrade Workflow
    As a user or administrator performing upgrades, I want the current rate plan clearly displayed within the Upgrade Workflow, so I can make informed decisions without needing to search elsewhere, improving accuracy and efficiency.

  15. Customer B - Display Total Amount for Wireless Orders
    As a user placing wireless orders, I want a clear label displaying the total combined cost (device, rate plan, accessories), so I can quickly understand the complete expense associated with my order without manually summing individual costs.
