Add or Delete Features

To add or delete features for a device, click the Add/Delete Features option to open a new window.

Perform the following steps to add features:

1. Select the Add action from drop-down list.

2. Enter the criteria in Select Mobile Number field.

3. Find the mobile number. Select the mobile number to display the device information and available features.

4. Enter the destination information in Destination field.

5. Optionally, choose the traveling dates range.

6. Choose the features to add for your device by clicking the check box in Select column.

7. Optionally, enter a comment in Comments field.

8. Click Next to continue.

9. After the add/delete features confirmation screen appears, review the details for accuracy prior to submitting.

10. Click Submit to apply changes or click Modify to edit the operation.

11. Once submitted, the manager of the user will receive a notification for approval.

Perform the following steps to delete features:

1. Select the Delete action from drop-down list.

2. Enter the criteria in Select Mobile Number field.

3. Find the mobile number. Select the mobile number to display the device information.

4. Choose the features to delete for your device by clicking the check box in Select column.

5. Optionally, enter a comment in Comments field.

6. Click Next to continue.

7. After the add/delete features confirmation screen appears, review the details for accuracy prior to submitting.

8. Click Submit to apply changes or click Modify to edit the operation.

9. Once submitted, the manager of the user will receive a notification for approval.

Note: This add/delete features functionality is available only for Smartphones and Tablets.
