New Service & Device Request

This order request results in a brand new device and line of service (or mobile number). Do not use this order if you have an existing device and line of service already and simply want a new device, place an Upgrade Order. 

To create this order, click the New Activation option to open a new window. This will procure a new line of service on a new contract.

Note: Please be advised. The option to order a new work phone or device is for new activations only. To ensure there are no delays, please make sure you are selecting the correct option.

Perform the following steps:

  1. Select the vendor from Vendor drop-down list.

  2. Select NO or YES from Overwrite Policy drop-down list. Default value is NO. Most users will not have the appropriate permissions to overwrite the policy. Depending on the client policy configuration, a global or regional admin can select YES to overwrite the policy to show more device options that are not allowed for certain users.

  3. Select the device type from Device Type drop-down list. For example, Smartphones. Upon selecting the device, a list of options appears.

  4. Choose your device by selecting the specific model (i.e., color/storage) in drop-down list and clicking the check box below the device image.

  5. Choose the plan for your device by clicking the check box in Select column.

  6. Optionally, enter a comment describing the reason for requesting new activation in Comments field.

  7. Click Next to continue.

  8. Optionally, choose the accessories for your device by clicking the check box for each of the accessories to be added.

  9. Enter the shipping address where your device should be delivered.

  10. Click Next to continue.

  11. After the new activation confirmation screen appears, review the details for accuracy prior to submitting.

  12. Click Submit to apply changes or click Modify to edit the operation.

  13. Once submitted, the manager of the user will receive a notification for approval.
