Order Tracking (Wireline)

The Order Tracking page, as part of the Service Catalog application, shows the list and status of order requests.

 

In each column, there is information or a link that displays different actions for the order.

Column Descriptions

Order #

Displays the number for the order.

Quote #

Displays the number for the quote.

Site

Displays the specific site.

Country

Displays the name of the country.

Region

Displays the specific region.

Business Unit

Displays the specific business unit.

Order Date

Displays the creation date of the order.

Vendor

Displays the specific vendor.

Requestor User

Displays the name of the requestor.

Created By

Displays the name who created the order.

Status

Displays the status of the order.

  • PENDING

  • FINALIZED BY VENDOR

  • CLOSED

View Order

Click the magnifying glass icon to open a new window which will allow to view information for that order.

View Detail

Click the magnifying glass icon to display the details for that order categorized by Task, Mail, and Robot.

Comments

Click the magnifying glass icon to open a new window which will allow to view and add comments for that order.

Filter Orders List

The information can be filtered by:

  • Requestor: Select the name of the requestor from drop-down list.

  • Created By: Select the name who created the order from drop-down list.

  • Status: Select the status of the order from drop-down list.

  • Vendor: Select the specific vendor from drop-down list.

  • Region: Select the specific region from drop-down list.

  • Site: Select the specific site from drop-down list.

  • Business Unit: Select the specific business unit from drop-down list.

Click Filter to display list.

The list can be exported to a spreadsheet by clicking the XLS icon.

View Order Information

To view the information and apply changes for that order, click the magnifying glass icon in View Order column to open a new window.

Approve Order

Review the order information and enter any applicable comments. Click Approve to approve the order request or click Return to Requestor to send the order request back to requestor.

Submit Order

Review the order information and make any necessary changes. Click Complete to submit the order request or click Return to Requestor to send the order request back to requestor.

Close Order

Review the order information and enter any applicable comments. Click Cancel to continue then click Confirm Cancel.

Enter the applicable details in Mandatory Information for Closing Order section. Click Finish to close the order request.

View Order Details

To display the details for that order, click the magnifying glass icon in View Detail column to open a new window.

View the order details categorized by Task, Mail, and Robot. Click Close to close the window.

Add Comments

To view and add comments for that order, click the magnifying glass icon in Comments column to open a new window.

Enter any applicable comments in Order Comments section. Click Add Comment.
