To reassign a line for another user, click the Reassign Line option to open a new window.

Perform the following steps:

  1. Select the status of the line from Current Status drop-down list. This can be Suspended Line, Active Line, or Unassigned Line.

  2. Enter the criteria in Select Line Number field.

  3. Find the mobile number. Select the mobile number to display the device and user information.

  4. Enter the criteria in Search for User by Employee Number Or User ID field.

  5. Find the user. Select the user to proceed with reassigning the mobile number.

  6. Optionally, enter a comment in Comments field.

  7. Click Submit to apply changes.

  8. Once submitted, the manager of the user will receive a notification for approval.
