Authorized users can leverage user profiles, structured workflows, and a configurable approval process to initiate service requests. The service catalog can be customized to match business needs and automate transactions, including placing security measures to control what services a user can order.
New Request
This section displays the list of new requests a user can place.
Once a new quote request is placed, the designated users will receive a notification for approval. The user can review the request status in Quote Tracking.
Once a new order request is placed, the designated users will receive a notification for approval. The user can review the order status in Order Tracking.
Disconnect Request
This section displays the list of disconnect requests a user can place.
