The Device List page presents a device inventory report with a grid or card view and provides the ability to edit device. The card view shows standard device information.
The grid view shows detailed device information.
Filter Report List
The information can be filtered by:
Brand: Enter the brand.
Brand Model: Enter the brand model.
Device Type: Select the type of device from drop-down list.
Serial Number: Enter the serial number.
IMEI: Enter the IMEI number.
Warehouse: Enter the criteria in entry field. Find the warehouse then select the specific warehouse.
Device Status: Select the status of device from drop-down list. Valid values are Active, Repair, Pending Return, In Stock, Lost, Stolen, or QA.
Click Filter to display list.
The list can be exported to a spreadsheet by clicking the XLS icon.
Export Report
Click Export All Data to open a new window to export the device inventory report.
Perform the following steps:
Click Generate File to create device inventory report.
Download the generated file for device inventory report.
Click the download icon in File Download column for text file type.
Click the download icon in Additional File Download column for spreadsheet file type.
Add Device
Click New to open a new window which will allow to add a device.
Perform the following steps:
Enter the information in the appropriate fields.
Click Accept to apply changes or click Cancel to abort the operation.
Edit Device
Click the pencil icon in Edit column to open a new window which will allow to edit the device information.
Perform the following steps:
Edit the information in the appropriate fields.
Click Accept to apply changes or click Cancel to abort the operation.
Delete Device
Click the red x icon in Delete column to open a new window which will allow to delete the device.
Perform the following steps:
Review the information to confirm.
Click Delete to apply changes or click Cancel to abort the operation.
