Overview

In this lesson we will explain how to associate existent databases in new Projects and the relation with the different Instances depending on the environment that Wayfast users are going to develop the application. 

How to associate an existent Database from Wayfast?

On Wayfast, make sure that the Project is created and at least, a requirement is in “Active” status.

Click on “Database” icon at the top menu.

On Submenu, click on “Database” subtab and then click on “Attach DB” to link an existent database with any of the Instances related to Wayfast Project.

Wayfast automatically shows the different databases where the Admin has access visibility. After selection, click on “Submit” button

Wayfast displays all the Databases in a grid view that are related to our Project. If we want, there’s a chance to create a new database using the “Create” button in the “Database” subtab.  

Now we have the database object associated to the Project and we can continue defining the Requirements.
