Add/Modify Recommendations

Use the Add/Modify Recommendations tool to create savings recommendations based on billing behavior that should be disputed with the vendor. These recommendations act as audit rules for billing line items that may appear on your invoices, so you can see whenever charges occur for the various recommendations established in the module.

•Identify services related to high-speed, non-published listings, inside wire maintenance, ETF, LNP PICC & early toll fraud, paper invoice fee, or unreturned equipment.

•Find services that need to have an added feature (like Travel Pass or Global Calling).
