The Invoice Trending Report page presents a list of all accounts in scope for the client, showing account related information as well as a spend trend of the last six months for the account, based on the current month.

The invoice expectancy legend identifies the status of the expected invoices.

  • The green check mark indicates OK.

  • The amber check mark indicates Soon.

  • The red triangle indicates Pending.

In each column, there is information or a link that displays different views of the spend.

Column Descriptions

Column Name

Description

Provider

Displays the provider or vendor of the invoice.

Account

Displays the account number for the invoice. Click the account number to show the account information.

End Date

Displays the last bill date for the invoice.

Access

Displays the method of getting the invoice.

  • Received by email.

  • Downloaded automatically by portal.

  • Entered manually. For example, scanned image that is not an original PDF and cannot be parsed.

User Login

Displays the login ID for the invoice.

Expected Invoice Status

Shows the expectancy for the invoice. Hover over the icon to display the day of the month the invoice is expected.

  • The green check mark indicates OK.

  • The amber check mark indicates Soon.

  • The red triangle indicates Pending.

Expected Date

Displays the day of the month the invoice is expected.

Max Day

Displays the max day.

Justification

Displays the justification.

Q Invoices

Displays the number of invoices processed for that account. Click the number to display a list of all invoices processed for the account in a new window.

Account Payment Method

Displays the payment method for the account, if provided by the client. This could be a check or electronic funds transfer (EFT).

Account Payment Group

Displays the payment group for the account, if provided by the client.

AP Match

Shows if the account matches the accounts payable (AP) accounts provided by the client during implementation. Hover over the icon to display the account number for the invoice.

Monthly Trend

Displays the monthly trend of invoice spend. This can be adjusted using the filter capability.

Invoice in Error

Displays a warning indicating an invoice has problems matching the Header and Details information. Click the warning to show the issue details.

Last AW

Displays the date that the Asignet robot last checked for an invoice (if it is accessed by portal).

Rate Run

Displays the average run rate of the invoice for the period in the trend.

Comments USA

Click the text to view any comments related to the invoice.

Last Comment

Click the text to view last comment related to the invoice.

Comment History

Click the magnifying glass icon to search the comment history.

Filter Trending Reports List

The information can be filtered by:

  • From: Select the specific start month from drop-down list.

  • To: Select the specific end month from drop-down list.

  • Country: Select the specific country from drop-down list.

  • Vendor: Select the specific vendor from drop-down list.

  • AP: Select the specific AP match from drop-down list.

  • Expected Invoice: Select the specific expected invoice status from drop-down list.

  • Access: Select the specific access method from drop-down list.

  • Account Status: Select the specific account status from drop-down list.

Click Search to display list.

The list can be exported to a spreadsheet by clicking the XLS icon.

New Account

Click New Account to open a new window to add an account.

Perform the following steps:

  1. Select the specific provider from drop-down list.

  2. Enter the account number.

  3. Enter any relevant comments.

  4. Click Submit to apply changes or click Cancel to abort the operation.

Account/AP Tracking

Click Account/AP Tracking to access the Accounts/AP page, which provides a view that identifies the accounts for each vendor.

Export

Click Export to open a new window to export a list of vendor invoices.

The list can be exported to a spreadsheet by clicking the XLS icon.
