How to view the invoices received for an account,

  1. Go to the Expense Management module.

  2. Click on Operations.

  3. Select Accounts Manager.

  4. Click on the spyglass under the Edit column to view the account record details.

  5. Click on the Invoices tab.

This view will provide a snapshot of the invoice history and key invoice amounts for the life of the account.

View the invoice records in Inbox / Paybox / Archive

You can view further invoice detail by going to the invoice records directly. Click on the drill-down number under the Inbox, Paybox, or Archive header and you’ll be routed to those records accordingly.
