Microsoft Power BI is a unified, scalable platform for self-service and enterprise business intelligence (BI). We use this tool to connect and visualize the data collected in the platform, which provides you a strong data visual into your cost, GL, services, savings, and inventory.
The Power BI Reports consists of several standard dashboards:

The visualizations you see on the dashboard, such as charts, graphs, tables, are called tiles. You may interact with each tile, such as:
Applying a filter
Exporting the results
Focusing on a single tile
Showing as a table (applies to graphs or charts)
Sorting the data
The Dashboard page presents a summary of vendor expenses depicted in various graphs and charts. This main window shows the evolution of expenses by vendor, location, and total spend.
The following information is available on main dashboard:
Vendor Top 5
Hover over the vendor bar chart to show the total amount for each vendor for that month.
Location Top 5
Hover over the location pie chart to show the total amount for each location and percentage spend for that month.
Click a location in the pie chart legend to hide that location in the chart.
Total Spend
Hover over the total spend bar chart to show the total spend amount for each stacked vendor for that month.
Click a vendor in the bar chart legend to hide that stacked vendor in the chart.
Filter Dashboards List
The information can be filtered by:
Invoice Date: Select the specific month of invoice to display dashboards from drop-down list.
Vendor: Select the specific vendor to display dashboards from drop-down list.
Country: Select the specific country to display dashboards from drop-down list.

The following information is available on vendor dashboard:
Vendor Top 5
