Site | The Location Code for the site selected in the quote. |

Region | Displays the specific region. |

Quote - Date | Displays the creation date of the quote. |
Quote - Created By | Displays the name who created the quote. |
Status | Displays the status of the quote.

Guest Providers | Displays the number of guest providers for the quote. |

Vendors with Proposal | Displays the number of vendors with a proposal for the quote. |
Quote Detail | Click the magnifying glass icon to view details for that quote.  |
Vendors Proposal | Click the magnifying glass icon to view and select a proposal from the vendors for that quote.  |
Quote Comments | Click the magnifying glass icon to view and add comments to the quote.  |
Continue Your Pending Quote | Click the magnifying glass icon to open a new window which will allow to continue for that pending quote. |
Approve Quote | Click the magnifying glass icon to approve or return to the requestor.  |
Delete Draft | Click the red x icon to remove the draft for the quote. |
Cancel Quote | Click the red x icon to cancel the quote.  |
Reason for Cancellation | When a quote is cancelled, a comment is required. The comment is displayed here when viewing a record that was cancelled. |
